NO, but I have one too!!
I looked it over well, and didn't see any makers marks.
I am assuming truck jack from the 20's, but I cant find anything more about it.

I'm probably wrong but for some reason I want to say it is an old mechanical walker. I've seen one before with that chain drive and scissor lift mechanism, just not sure where. If you do use it, check it over thoroughly for cracks and the like.
