Manual iron shear/punch identification

I pickup up this combination shear/punch yesterday at a sale where the new owner inherited the previous owner's hoard.

I can't find any identifying marks on it and am curious if anyone recognizes it. It needs a little bit of work, but for what I paid for a pickup bed full of tools I'm fine with it.

That is a Buffalo Forge "Armor Plate" shear punch
