I got in my hands this swedish style pipe pliers , but only got markings of "made in germany" "chrom-vanadium" and "1 1/2 inch" . Can anyone understand which is the manufacturer of it ? Also there is wheird symbol between "made in" and "Germany" markings like a "T" letter but with something on both sides and for me maybe looks like a plane.

Hard to tell, but it could be an imperial eagle. In one form or another, an eagle with wings spread, head to one side or another, has been on the coats of arms of families and federal government seals, money, etc associated with what is today known as Germany for thousands of years.
