I'd never have the stones to go with so bold of a color. Because of that I'd never have a floor as sweet as yours, it looks awesome.

Maybe Legacy can answer this: My garage is approximately the same size (665 sq.ft) and I really like this color. I looked on the site and all I could find was Tile Red. Can you PM me a quote on getting the Coke Red in enough to do this size of a garage?

Mark which urethane clear coat did you use? I am thinking of doing my basement, and it is winter now. I am concern about the fume that will get to the rest of the house. Wondering if the Legacy HD-322 (planning to choose clear) will be less fume. Thanks for the great description of the project.

Amazing floors like Mark's take a little effort. Fortunately, he paved the way for those DIY who have the determination to have an attractive and heavy-duty floor.

By the way his floor literally is "Coke Red". We made it special for him.

Same here. I was glad to see photos of the tile red primer and coke red topcoat.

I was considering tile red for my floor but ended up going with sandstone and tan+red chips. It was a nice compromise but part of me regrets not taking the chance on red

AWESOME documentation. This should help anyone looking to do DIY the courage to try it. I plan on doing my new garage when our home is done, and it will be over 1200 sq. ft. With you having 3 sets of hands for half the area it looks like I may need to recruit some help for my project. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
