Marson HP-2 Riveter... how to identify old US-made

I'm in the market for a rivet setter and looks like the Marson HP-2 is the one to get for a reasonable price. Like many on this board, I'll go out of my way to by something made in the US of A. My understanding is that the new ones are now made in Taiwan.

Does anyone know how to identify the older US-made versions vs the new imports?

Looking at pictures, there seems to be some that say "Chelsea, MA USA" and some that say Stoughton, MA, USA". I'm assuming that the Chelsea ones are US-made, and that the "USA" with the Stoughton, MA is just a locating address and not the COO, which many manufacturers are now using to trick us. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks!

Correct, The MA Address is NOT where it's made. When I first got mine I thought
that's where it's made until I saw the "Taiwan" Sticker:mad:

Actually the older ones shipped in steel boxes read
Chelsea, MA

More recent ones in blow-molded boxes say
Chelsea, MA
USA

And the presumably current ones say
Stoughton,
MA USA

I can't vouch for where the second of these three was made (waiting for mine so labeled to arrive) but think it is pretty clear that the first above is made in US and the last in Taiwan.
