Massive amount of work needed

We recently bought a home with a 720 sq ft detached garage and a 2800 sq ft metal building on the rear of the lot. The metal building has its own 200 amp service, septic system, Hvac, and water supply. The garage has a 100 amp service, and septic off the house. Both need a lot of work. Previous owner just abandoned the palace. I will gut and redo the garage first. Have no real plans for the metal building yet. Got some great ideas from this site. Will post progress. Thanks.
