The toolbox is custom built 2 bay setup. Over 24ft long. Custom oil drain cabinet/pole jacks, trah can drawer, over head cabinets with lighting, tons of storage, stainless tops, all drawers ball bearing and are built like machinest drawers. Very nice. Over $25000 new. Still like new. Will separate in two for 9 each. Call for more details.

In the second picture it looks like there's another on in the background

I see that. Looks like they're some kind of performance shop by looking at what came out of that vette.

That is going to be difficult to get rid of, especially at 72% of new cost. I'd get used to seeing those listed if I was you. For that much money I'd want a lot more drawers.

Right. Look it's even got a built in trash can. There's a waste of drawer space in my opinion. Being the DIY kind of guy the more I look at it I think I could fabricate something similar with some metal stock, horizontal and vertical cabinets, craftsman boxes and some stainless wrapped work bench tops. Sure it wouldn't be some expensive Listas, look a little different but I'm just a thrifty guy like that. I just can't think on the $18,000 scale.

I agree as far as draw space goes, seems like probably 500 for a lista trash can section is stupid. But man for the right price id love to have something like that Setup.

I'm having a real hard time seeing someone walking in there and offering 10 grand for it all, let alone the asking price of 18000. If he split it up, he might get 6 grand each, and that's pushing it.

It's a lot of money for use boxes, It's a buyers market right now, and there are a lot of other choices out there.

@$100/drawer

My estimation for one Bay - $7800 ($15.6K total both bays)
$3400 @ 34 drawers
$3400 @ all cabinets
$1000 @ both SS top

I say there's a lot of room for negotiation.

I would love to have that left swing-door cabinet w/o the base where they store their oil.

+1 I want a cabinet without bottom rail. I even asked about it in another thread as I want to roll stuff in .

Wow, for $18k you could have 50+ Harbor Freight 44" boxes :D

I was wondering how long it would take for somebody to throw out that number. It's one heck of a nice looking set up but for that kind of cash, I'd prefer to do one myself like Steevo's.

I am not a pro mechanic so I have to ask, is it ironic that their toolbox is top of the line Lista and their lifts are not top of the line?

I'd be curious to the back story behind this. Is the shop really in that much of a financial distress? Did they decide to go a different route? Other plans for that specific portion of floor space?
