Master Mechanic Worklight

I was at my friends house and He has this nice quality work light (yellow in color). Felt sturdy and lit up the work area nicely. The brand was "Master Mechanic Work Light" He does not remember where he got it. Is someone aware of this brand? and where to buy it?

While we are on the subject does anyone know where I can get the yellow 4 tube light that sits on the floor like a picture frame...
I don't know what they are called so I can't find it on the net...
