Mastercool MCP59 or MCP44, asking for feedback

I live in an area where evaporative coolers (also call swamp coolers) work very well. I am aware of some of the pro's and con's as I have friends who use the large roof mount type for their shop and in some cases their home. I am looking for feedback and your experience with the Mastercool models, MCP44 ( 1/3 horsepower fan) and MCP59 ( 1/2 horsepower fan). I see for about $599.00 the 1/2 Horse power MCP59 look like a good fit for my insulated 26 X26 X11 shop as it also has a separate loft that I can divert the cooled air to when needed. It hits 100*F here in the summer and I have a shaded wall that I plan to hang the unit off of since I do not wish to cut a hole in the roof and these newer units are only 11 inches deep. Please let me know your experience, thanks!

I got the MCP44 from Costco for $399 earlier this year. Works great so far here in the dry Las Vegas heat! Usually drops my 3 car garage by 15-20 degrees. With the swamp cooler on and the two ceiling fans, it makes for a very comfortable working environment.
