Mastercraft black 60 tooth ratchets

Hey all, while surfing the fliers not so long ago, I came across the new mastercraft (Canadian Tire house brand for those of you in the US) universal socket sets that they seem to have revamped. These sets are now boasting a new 60tooth line of ratchets with quick release and direction switch. Any idea whether these are only going to be sold in the sets or whether or not they are going to become available separately? Anyone used them yet?

These ones? They do look nice, and there's no possible way they could be worse than the old self-reversing ones. I own a three piece set of the old style, and will certainly be exchanging them (for free) for these if they come out individually.

My big question. Is the directional switch opposite of normal? I just warranty exchanged a maximum 3/8" ratchet, and the reversing lever is opposite of every other ratchet I have. Snap-on, Mac, Titan, Power fist. It's aggravating.

Also. Why black? I know it's ****, but losing it under a hood isn't ****.
