Masterforce 30" box, change drawer location?

I am looking for a 30" box to use for our 3/4" drive sockets, air impacts and jumbo size combo wrenches.
The 30" Masterforce looks like it would work but I would prefer the shallow drawer to be on top. Doable, or
do I look for something else?
