Masterforce 72 " box drawer slides

About 2 years ago I decided to upgrade tool boxes from my gear wrench 42" box. A few guys where I work had masterforce 52" tool boxes. They seemed to like them and I also like the quality to price ratio. I decided to get the masterforce 72" box. I ordered it in and so far it worked flawlessly until 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago a drawer slide decided to lock up, the ball bearing rack got wedged in the track, I didn't have time to mess with it so I ripped it open to get to my tools and destroyed the slide in the process. I then emailed menards and told them that I had a problem. They promptly responded and asked me how many sets of new slides I would like. I asked for 2 sets and here I am now after just receiving my new drawer slides on friday. They were free of charge and no shipping cost. I'm very impressed with the customer service. Just putting this out there in case anyone has worries about buying a menards box.

Yeah. It's been a great box for the money. I'm pretty sure the only reason the slide actually failed is because it may have been over loaded. It's my big wrench and prybar drawer. But I highly recommend the box

I had rolled my box out of the garage to work in the sunshine, awhile ago and of course I rolled it out width wise and when I hit the end of the slope where the driveway meets the garage, it tipped over and all of the drawers opened... and the bottom one lost the ball bearings... (long story, sorry) and I called the Menard's customer service and within a day or two I had my new slides... and they are easy to install.
