matador spanners

hey

does anybody know if matador spanners are any good? ive found load on the carboot and wondering if its worth going back, around £0.50 each in all sizes, all stamped made in germany so assuming decent?

Nothing wrong with Matador, they will be decent and be to DIN patterns.

Historically, good quality German made tools. Maybe not as well known as some of the other German makers, and personally I never thought they were quite as well finished, but very useable!

I have a feeling that their current offerings may not be German made, but the used ones you have found obviously are. If they’re in decent shape I’d grab those at 50 pence a go!

i didnt go back, but next week ill just take a load of money in change so i can just go round and hoover up anything thats of decent brands. hopefully nobody bothered with the spanners and they are still there. i need to remember to take my phone with me so i can google brands while im there.
