What you have is one of the discontinued low profile or "Special Forces" ratchets as Matco called them. The part # BLPDS is the part # for the ratchet adaptor. You should notice that it slides out & a pass through socket can be inserted in it's place.

Those are hard to find now days.

Dave is right on in his description. I paid more than $55 for mine used. They work well with the Armstrong eliminator sockets.
