lol, they dont. thats why you pay 4 thousand dollars for a ratchet. they rebuild it for free.

MY Matco wouldnt rebuild mine just handed me the kits, but i did get the kits for 9 dollars each from my dealer, so cheap i bought 2 kits, and used the other in my GearWrench, worked perfect.

im confused. luckily ive never broken a matco ratchet but do they not normally rebuild them? not a huge deal if they do not, i take them apart to clean and lube them frequently but the 9 dollars better be for an extra kit not a warranty kit... i wouldnt have a matco dealer come to my shop anymore haha
