Daveblank, this one's for you. I have a Matco 134a manifold, model number unknown, that is an aluminum block with sight gauge. Are parts available for this? I need gauge lenses and I believe I need rebuild kits for the valves in the block. I can't get this thing to hold a vacuum below 10 inches. I can't find a leak under pressure.

I've been through this a time or two. Without knowing which set of guages they are, it's a roll of the dice if you'd get the correct lenses on the 1st try.

Here is some pictures, for what they're worth. There is no model numbers on these gauges. The inner lip on the lense that mounts on the gauge is 2 1/2", the overall width is 2 5/8". As you can see, there is a little hole in the len so you can zero the gauge. I thought I'd just throw that in , being that, with the cracks, it looks like someone shot it.:spit:

I guess I'll chase down Mastercool and see if they sell parts. This manifold set is in too good of shape to just junk. I' also have an old Snap-on set that was given to me, it needs a handwheel replaced but neither the previous owner nor I can find one to fit. Maybe the handwheels off of this set will fit.
