Matco "accellerator" boxes

I am talking with a guy who is selling his entire tool collection. Says its all Snap on bought with in the last year. He is including the box and says its a Matco "accellerator" (thats what he called it on the phone) box. Its about 4 no I mean 5 feet tall and about 36 inches. Said its the good double wall boxes about 2 years old... I will be staring at it tomorrow, but want to see if anyone knew what he might possibly be talking about???

the exellerator series was the old MB900 series updated with roller slides. they will be WAY older than two years old.

the ones in mickey's link is the MB700 series from about the same time frame.

Krusty was spot on about age of the box. It has a build tag of 1993. Overall, it needs a little touchup, the drawers roll nice and smooth. They popped open a couple times but its a pretty nice box. I wouldnt mind keeping it for a second box but dont really have the room.

That box looks similar to my Remline top box I have. Same pulls, etc. I'm assuming Remline was building these for Matco. Same color even..

Honestly, that's the best deal I've ever seen on here. Even beats the Cornwell box for $500.

The best deal ever is the Exmark zero turn mower someone got over the summer for $75 bucks at a garage sale...That was robbery at its finest.
