I have just purchased an older Matco MB7525 double bay rollaway and would like to put my 36” montezuma triangle box on top of it. The Montezuma will probably be around 200-250 pounds once I get everything where I want it. Do I need to be worried about that being too much weight to constantly sit on top of the Matco? Thanks in advance!

I would research to see if you can find the manufacture's max load rating. What i saw on the internet is below.

Barring getting that information. the caster wheel load ratings are often limiting factor for maximum weight. So the answer is more dependent on how heavy is the tool box + tool chest + tools. The rule of thumb is take the individual caster load capacity and multiply by 2 (actually a regulatory requirement in some parts of the world). So the listed load capacity of the 6x2 casters (6" diameter, 2" wide) the is 900 lbs each. So 2x that is 1800 lbs.
