Matco JSC750 or JSC770 pricing

Been going back and forth with my Matco dealer about a JSC770 and a coworker is serious about a JSC750 he has on the truck. The best he is willing to come down is about 8%. The list on the JSC750 is $1,735 & the JAC770 is $2,095. So what have you guys given for your NEW JRC series carts? I know they can be had used for much less but I've watched and haven't seen the color I want.

The dealer claims that Matco doesn't give them meat on the bone on carts as they do on their toolboxes.

I'll see my Matco driver tomorrow and ask him. He has always treated me good when I purchase a box so I'm sure he will give me realistic number. I will report back.

This is true. There really isn't much wiggle room on those specific carts. The 770 is a way better buy than the 750, unless you plan on using it more for storage of cases and such. The depth of all of the drawers on a 750 can tend to go to waste IMO. Also something to take into consideration - if you plan on financing the box through matco, they are going to take 9% of the total sale (tax included) from him. So, his 8% discount really ends up being significantly more on his end.

On a full price buy you can sometimes get a good deal, I paid 12 something for a 750 a few years ago, but wasn't able to get that deal again when wanting a second one.

All the trucks the carts seem to be less profit for the dealers hard to get a real screaming deal unless it's a promo

I did, the Cornwell went home because I needed a larger cart than my Waterloo UC410/TRX1606 combo to roll out to my truck, I got tired of walking for this or that. The Matco is for work.

Talked to my dealer today. He said that a 770 would be around $1600 cash. He also mentioned that if I traded in my msc4 cart he could do a little better. From what he said a 750 would have even less discount. Hope that helps you out.
