Saw this on eBay even thou USA is stamped on ratchet packaging on last pic in made in China only standard 88 tooth with multi colored chrome finish

The rule of thumb is normal Marco ratchets are USA. The comfort grip handle is imported and that is why ratchets with those handles art marked usa.

Yeah I know about the comfort grip but this is a chrome version

eh, seems weird but may be a typo...like the label or packge who knows says apex

now aj manufacturing not apex anyway but thats another issue
