Matco premium liner vs regular liners

I was trying to look up a liner set with matco today on the phone. She says there is standard for 37 and premium for 140! How much better are the premium?

WAY BETTER!!! standard is just foam and it slides around. The premium is a non skid, stays put in the drawer and the tools don't slide around on it. You will even see a indention from your tools on the premium liner.

The premium is very sticky. When the liners are brand new wrenches and whatnot you will have to peel off.

You want the PVC impregnated fabric; whichever one that is.
