It will let you purchase if you fill out the info, no proof or anything required. I just can't decide if I have a problem morally doing it or not.

I do not think matco charges shipping IF you buy through the school. If you are a student see if you can buy the items using a school PO and pay using your credit card. State intsitutions do not pay tax (why you use a school PO). This will save you on the shipping and tax, and the items will show up at recieving at school (great if you don't want your wife to know what you bought, she will never understand).

I ordered through Matco. They charge tax & shipping through the website. Total came to $132 and some change. However, you can get free shipping if you order over $200, but I didn't need anything else.
