matco repair kit

new to the board ,been reading for a long time , need help finding a repair kit for my matco br11 wf 3/8 drive ratchet. Matco is no help ,they have no distributors around our area.

I just did this.
I had read here on GJ that the depth of the Matco head differed from the Wright counterpart… but wanted to try it out anyway, and ordered this Wright 3491 repair kit (dual pawl upgrade!) on eBay for 20 bucks. It fit right into the Matco, but I had to toss the additional spacer ring that the Matco uses.

Send Matco an e-mail. I had an older 1/2" ratchet that was no longer made and I sent a message to Matco asking about a rebuild kit. They sent a free rebuild kit no questions asked besides my name and address.

Good to know because that big ratchet I bought at the pawn shop doesn’t tighten only loosens so I need a rebuild kit I just hope they don’t ask for proof of purchase .
