Matco replacement slides

Hi Garage Journal , I picked up a Matco STC5D tool cart and it needs a couple of slides . Matco says they’re on national back order so that’s not much help

There is a number stamped on every one (1635)

The slides are 17” long and 1 & 13/16” wide .
