Are those the Witte made screwdrivers; or are they the new Taiwan sourced versions? Notice how they are individually wrapped in cellophane...

The ones in the video sure look like the ones you have in the Matco link. Right down to the black swirlish stripe.

The cellophane wrap adds a bit of cheesiness to the product. I'm surprised the Germans would do that.

They are clearly different than the Taiwanese made set. Ive seen them on the truck. They are the witte made screwdrivers. What makes single screwdrivers wrapped in plastic cheesy? The sets of all truck brands come wrapped in plastic. Are they all "cheesy" ?

If you are specifically looking for Witte, take a look at the discontinued napa professional sets on ebay (seller sellular216) I did notice they don't have the wrench bolsters or cool coloring though...

If there is a felt texture on the handles they are from witte the China sourced screwdrivers are plastic and rubberi have the older versions top torque 2 but the original top torque are my favorite

Also look at cornwell tools the ones with felt texture are rebranded witte aswell not there square handles

shockwave, I have two of those Cornwell branded Witte screwdrivers. At some point in time, they appear to have been victimized by some plastic burrowing termites. It's a damn shame. :(
