Matco Silver eagle die grinder's?

My Brother brought home a Matco flyer the other week, and they had a Silver eagle right angle mini die grinder on sale for 118$ Plus a free mini straight die grinder. Are they any good?
If they are pretty decent we both might pick up a set. I do know the Silver eagle line is the equivlent to Snappy's Blue point.

Part #'s are; SE333 for the angle die grinder & SE233 for straight die grinder.

I was wondering the same thing. One guy in the shop has the one with the rubber grip and it seems pretty nice, but I don't know about the lower end grinders.
