Matco makes their line of tool boxes in a plant in Jamestown, NY... former home of many tool companies, including Crescent, inventors of the adjustable wrench.

Yorktowne tool box industries is what this started out as then Danaher/Matco bought the place. I believe that Bahco takes credit for inventing the adjustable wrench as it is forged in to the wrench the year also.
