matco warranty?

Hey guys wondering if anybody knows if matco would send out a kit for a ratchet like snappy and mac need a kit for two ratchets. Thanks in advance

I warranty things through the mail with matco all the time.

My experience with Matco's people over the phone has been positive. They have always been very helpful.

I have had 2 of my Matco retchets rebuilt as i wait right on the truck, same day.

Another thing, Matco offers free delivery confirmation when you return a product through the mail to them. I returned some broken tools the other day and when the post office guy typed up the address it said Matco adds delivery confirmation.
