I've got a Matco line wrench, and the 9/16-inch end's opening is juuuuust a shade small for the line... the wrench has to be worked over the line. Frankly, it was annoying as hell the first time I used it, so it's been sitting on my "Return Tools" shelf.
I'll have to mail it in, since I work out of my home and don't even remember ever seeing a Matco truck anywhere.
How are they for warranty issues? I don't want to waste the postage if they're going to be persnickety about it.
I could touch the offending end with a file but don't want to break the chrome finish.
