I have a matco ratchet that is in dire need of a rebuild, and I have emailed Matco through their website twice and got no response. I do not work in a shop just a DIY'er that likes nice tools. What is it going to take for me to get a rebuild kit from them? My friends that do my warranty for me with snap on and MAC claim that the driver in our area was asked to not come back to the shop "she is not a nice woman and waaayyy to pushy with her tools" Any input? I like matco drive tools but if it is going to be a hassle like this for warranty I will have to reconsider buying any more Matco.
Thanks
