Matco's new high torque 1/2" 20V cordless impact wrench is actually made by SP Tools, its their model 81130, they also offer a 3/4" model too.

A cursory google I was able to find the 20V Matco MCL2012HPIWO for $389 and the 18V SP81130 for upwards of $700 everywhere I saw. They do look similar though.
I think the Matco at that price is without Battery and charger. here is the Ingersoll Rand
Uses Matco 18V and 20V batteries and charger (not included)
Compatible chargers: MCLCHRG5, MCL1840CHRG; MCLCARCHG

I think your right when i look at it close. My matco guy claims Ingersoll makes them but he could be wrong
I call that the same but the $389 is for just tool no batteries or charger it's over 700 on matco. I heard IR made Matco impacts at one time. I got the older 19.2v nicad and love it although any new impact would put her to shame. There is no warranty or repair parts for mine so if it stops it's trash so I'm looking into a newer snappy in green.A cursory google I was able to find the 20V Matco MCL2012HPIWO for $389 and the 18V SP81130 for upwards of $700 everywhere I saw. He is wrong. Professional Tools of Taiwan makes their Air and Cordless. Been a pretty exclusive supplier for the last few years.
