I am building a display similar to the one in the picture and am having trouble finding the grid. Heck, I don't even know what you would call it.

Each row is 7" x 1" and I would like to get it in 4x8 sheets.

Most of the retail display grids I found online are squares.

Any help is appreciated.

Find store fixture suppliers in the San Diego area, show them the picture and see what they come up with. Check with used fixture suppliers also.
Doesn't IMS have a store in San Diego? The store in Phoenix was a great resource for stuff like that when I lived there.

Sometimes the product displays are purpose built and supplied by the product manufacturer. They often get reused in the store after the product line changes packaging or marketing stratagies.

What about using Closetmaid turned on its side? It isn't in 4x8 sheets, but it is fairly cheap and readily available at Lowe's, etc.
