Chassis: i like the look a lot and just curious how it rolls now that you have a few hundred pounds of steel on it? also without stops on your casters i hope your floor is level which it might be, but all garage floors aren't so hope other members use a lock type caster.

nicely done and thanks for sharing.

Great idea. I have been trying to come up with the best design for these types of items. I think you nailed it.
All they look like screws. lol

It rolls just fine. Floor is not perfect but good enough it should not move suddenly. I used casters I had from something else. Not sure on brand but they do have a made in USA stamp and look pretty robust. The mobile thing is just for sweeping and such. When it makes it to its resting spot the plan is not to move it until time to clean. The tray on the other hand may get a bit too heavy to move. Thanks for watching.

I have the Tube thing sorted out but I am starting to struggle with Sheets of Metal. I have a Water Jet coming in the next couple of weeks and I have started to accumulate material. So about 6 weeks ago I designed a Material Cart for less than full sheets.

Just cut 25% of the tubing this morning. Plan on cutting the rest tomorrow and welding up what I can. Need the Water Jet here to make the Caster Mounts and a few other items.

I'll keep you updated on progress...

Sorry I don't have a pdf printer set up on this hot rod computer...so pics of prints will have top do.
