My maxjax lifts one side about 3/4" higher than the other (not measuring off the floor, measuring the actual travel inside the posts) w/ the system bled and rebled multiple times, including bleeding it w/ weight on it. It's not enough to cause a problem but it does make me wince a little as I'm lifting 4500 lb vehicles on this thing. It has no mechanical equalizer so it is what it is....how much of a difference are you seeing from one side to the other if you lift to full height? I use my Maxjax extensively and honestly it is not the best made product for what it costs, but it gets the job done (so far).

Mine did the same, close to 2". I bled and bled, switched lines left to right and the problem followed.
I called Danmar and spoke to Gabe (I don't think he is with them any longer) and he sent me an adjustable flow reducer to install in the 'faster' line.
After a bit of adjusting, it works like a charm. All my lifts are within 1/2" to 3/4" now.

My pic will look a little different than a normal MaxJax. I made mine a bit more 'permanent'.
I hung the power unit on the right column and ran the hose up and along the ceiling to the left column.

Dirt in the line and faulty quick connects can cause this problem as well..., make sure that you keep the quick connects clean and free of dirt. Also make sure the posts are plumb and level. Put a 2x4 across the top of both posts and put a level on it to make sure they are are at the same height. Make sure the lift arms are at the same height when you start lifting from the floor, if they are not level from the get go, one arm will lift higher then the other the whole way up!
