Ok, you've seen this thing on the big and small screens. Maxabeam short arc searchlight. Small scale version of the big boy seen on police helos. Has a motorized reflector, so you can pinpoint the beam or flood a wide area. Comes in a Pelican box. I've upgraded the arc tube to a newer model, and a new Nicad battery pack. Has attachment cord for 12 volt use, and an extension cord so you can separate the battery from the light. I used this on a tripod for nighttime SWAT operations. Sit back a couple hundred yrds and light up the target.
