I recently moved and my garage went from 1000 sq ft to 500 sq ft. So I'm closing in on making it all fit.
The final push includes putting in a 4 post lift to store the jet ski's, lawn tractor, snow blower, lawn mower on above the single stall with my daily driver underneath. The minivan and the boat will be in the double stall on grade. I need to build one more shelf to better utilize the space and I think it will all fit and re-hang a few bikes.
I will need to do an 18" high lift to the single stall that has 11' ceilings and install a Liftmaster 8500.
The garage is a bit of a mess at the moment as there is a lot going on.
I also plan to use the lift for maintenance now and some day, when family life slows, down possibly build a Factory Five.
I have selected a Bendpak HD-9XW as optimal for the space. Possible alternative would be a ProPark 9 Plus.
