Maxjax bolt holes cover?

What did you guys use to cover the holes in the floor when maxjax is uninstalled?
I saw someone post some hex bolts that were flush with the floor but can't find the thread!

i just put my bolts with the washers back in.

How about some set screws and screw them in flush with the floor?
