Hi everyone, I just purchased maxjax m6k last week, and I am not able to finish the installation due to missing sacrificial nut and bolt, and I can’t find the matching ones from local hardware store or Lowe’s, doesn’t seem to be 5/8”-11 corse thread. Another problem is the wheels that r making the lift portable, it won’t fit into the gap, and I am missing anchor covers; the hydraulic power supply cart wheel won’t lock in place due to a short shaft…
I discovered all the issues last Friday and reported to them immediately, I have been calling since yesterday and today, their tech support seem to be very busy or they r kicking the balls around, I dono, has anyone experienced these kinda issues before? My main concern is the post wheel not being able to fit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They want to send me 32mm thick wheels. Chance to fit into 31-31.5mm gap is slim or impossible, I’m not planning to grind off steel.
what u guys think.

***** you have to deal with this, but put a large crescent wrench on the tabs and bend them out slightly to let the 32mm wheels fit. Not the end of the world.

After half month of waiting, I found out they forgot to ship the wheels and base weldment, so they ship it out 9/9/2021, I received the package today, it is a bag of screws that I can get from hardware store, seems like a joke, I gave up, speechless… I’m writing a letter to Their president so he aware of this non sense.
