I'm surprised there's not much interest in it. Not quite sure what the use case would be. Is the tilt to give more access?

I owned one for several years. It was certainly better than floor jacks and stands. I sat on a mechanics stool and rolled around under the vehicle . If your restricted by ceiling height it's great.
