MaxJax: what's supposed to be included?

I got my MaxJax a couple months ago and never gave much thought to what I was supposed to get with it. But remembered it was supposed to come with a lift point guide, which I never got.

Is the motor cycle adapter supposed to be a standard feature? or an option?

Lift point guide was on back order for a while after the initial release back in March. A Call to Gabe at GES or Danmar will correct that.

The motorcycle adapter is an optional accessory unless it was mentioned at your point of sale.

I don't know why they didn't send one out with order delivered while they were out of stock but they are available with a phone call.

What exactly is a "lift guide"? Is this the manual that shows the install or something. I had my lift delivered to a shop 50 miles from me and they came out and installed the lift. The only "guide" or manual I received was one titled Installation & Operation.

Is this the guide everyone is mentioning?

It is a guide that shows you the various safe lift points of various vehicles.
