Been waiting for a response from BendPak but since I've had pretty much the same issue since I got the thing I figured I'd post here and see if anyone has any insight.

Originally got the lift. Filled to the specd fluid level with ATF.

First lift... lift goes up all the way to the top... yay!

Go get the wife to show her the lift in operation.

The lift won't go up anymore... won't lift enough to get off of the top lock.

(this is day one)

Got on the phone with BendPak (which is a nightmare BTW just to get to someone)

Asked about bleeding the system... bled the system again... no air.

Let the tech listen to the motor "Sounds normal... this is weird."

The only way to get it off the locks was to use my floor jack (fortunately I didn't have a car on there).

Lowered it, and was asked to remove the plunger on the lowering lever to see if it had any debris.

Did that, found NO debris. Cleaned it out anyway just in case.

Put the plunger back in and the lift then would operate.

Called it a day.

Next day lifted again just as a test, lift went all the way up and the exact same thing... stuck on the top.

Called BendPak. Was asked to try a different power outlet (my unit is 110v)

Tried a different outlet and it didn't work.

Tech said he would get back to me.

After a few hours I decided to try yet ANOTHER outlet in my garage.

Lift worked.

So I think everything is fine now.

They close my ticket.

Two days ago... lift works... I raise and lower my car several times no issue.

End of the day I go to raise it one last time to adjust the clutch cable.

Lift won't raise.

Try the original outlet. Doesn't work. Check the cylinders for air... no air. Fluid level is fine. No leaks.

Call BendPak and am still waiting for a response.

Go out today and try the lift... it works.

I've literally done nothing to it and it now works.

I'm thinking this is just a faulty pump or something but was hoping someone might be able to offer some insight to my issues.

Thank you for reading... I know it was long.
