Maxx 45000 Garage Heater Venting

The direction are not real clear on venting. Can you use 3'' B vent with this unit. Running pipe horizontaly. Can you come straight out back does it effect operation of unit. Or do need 90 off back unit. Game plan was come out unit 90 then 3' pipe another 90 with 2' section going thru wall thimble. They also want 1/4 per foot on rise. Mine going be little bit more rise. Would be better if can come straight out. Thanks

You can come straight off the back of the unit.

I used a adjustable elbow and all 4" b vent. Only 3 is required, but it is what I had.

It states that horizontal shall be 3''. Wonder why does'nt state you can come straight out the back. Makes installation that much easier. As long you maitain 3' min. and max 5' with 90. Always thought first 90 had effect on unit. Directions only show left / right termination. Just want you buy their horizontal kit , when you only need 3' section and vent cap. Thanks for help greatly appreciated.
