May I trouble anyone for their Paramo #6 inner ring measurements

If any of the members might have a Paramo #6 inner swivel base support ring handy, might I trouble you for the basic measurements (OD, ID, thickness, width, bolt center distances, etc)needed to fabricate a replica ?

This one here is from a member here, but I don't recall who or when !
