Maybe it’s the tequila talking, but with Western Forge closing their doors and Stanley/Craftsman bringing mechanic tool production back to the USA (with global materials)... do you think there’s a possibility that they might buy the tooling from WF to make the Craftsman screwdrivers and pliers in the USA again? The timing seems right. Am I reaching far on that theory?

Why should they? SK already has the best of Western Forge in their expanded factory. Proto sources many of their pliers from another US company, Wilde.
You can get basically the same crappy screwdrivers from Pratt & Reed :dunno:

There are plenty of US made pliers and screwdrivers available. You just have to convince a whole bunch of people that they're worth putting up the cash to buy them.
