Kind of reminiscent of the five foot Mayhew bars that a bunch of us ordered some weeks back. They weren't marked either. And they didn't match the catalog images or the website.

I have a recessive forgiveness gene. Once I get burned by an outfit, I never deal with them again.

Sounds like you were burned by Amazon, not Mayhew.

Got mine today. None of my Dominator tools are marked USA on the tools themselves FWIW. I have picks and scrapers. The only stuff marked USA is the shanks of the CMan pro bars, and I'd suspect that is more of a marketing thing that Sears requests than anything else.

I was checking out the picks on amazon after trying to buy the bars. The reviews said they were made overseas. Taiwan I think.

I contacted Mayhew, and they said:

Mayhew said:
The blades for our straight Dominator pry bars are made in the USA. We have not integrated this manufacturing process on these bars yet.
Hopefully we will soon.

The manufacturing process referred to is the stamping of USA on the bar. Weird that Jeremy V had one that was stamped, though.
