MC cable under raised house?

I need to run some cable under my raised house to supply a couple exterior outlets. Is MC cable legit to run under the house until I make the bend to the outside outlet?

yes you can use it there. you cannot bury the cable in the ground or use it in a wet location as defined in the code unless the cable is listed for that purpose. you must also use connectors that are listed for the environment if installed in a damp or wet location. you must protect the cable where it is likely to be damaged but other than that you can use it pretty much like romex.
