McKinnon adjustable S wrenches (and Gray)

Some Canadian adjustable S wrenches by McKinnon (St Catharines, Ontario), a big 14 inch, and an 8 inch. Guessing c1930s
A Gray 8 inch is about identical to the McKinnon, making me wonder if they were made in the same factory, but I can't find any link between them (or with Keystone who made very similar S wrenches)
