McMaster carr catalogs are hard to obtain. Ive tried to get one from them, and I couldnt. They say they only give them to existing customers, and not your average joe, like industrial/commerical places. I agree, check ebay. My dad has one at the "office" but I cant keep it here all the time. I usually just order from MSC. The problem with mcmaster carr is that they dont tell you the brand of what your buying, IE hand tools... if you cant see it in the pictures then you wont know. MSC is great and so is Lawson.

Kartracers right. I bought from them for years, no catalog. One of my customers was throwing one away....never spent a dime with them. Go figure..LOL

I have a McMaster Carr catalog at work. We are a Structural Steel Detailing firm. (we draw plans and shop drawings for steel buildings) One of our fabricators gave us a copy. Maybe try calling them up and say your a miscellaneous fab shop and need a catalog so you can spec out thier stuff. Bet you they will sell/send you one then

Here's a tip for their site:
On the page you've found via searching, right click and select "This Frame" from the menu list and then select "Open in new window". You will then have an easy way to copy the URL of the page (it will be in the address bar) instead of just "www.mcmaster.com"
Great company. My branch is in NJ. I can/ have ordered as late as 6 pm and it will be here the next day UPS ground, no special attention. Go with the website, the catalog changes yearly. I told them stop sending them. Web is up to date. Customer service is excellent.
