Unfortunately no. The badge just says Mecelec no other data plates on it.

Back in the 80s there was a French company called Mecelec, they got a patent on something (linked here). They may be out of the business now.

So maybe use Google to translate the word generator to French, and try that. Only thing I’m seeing is used ones.
