Trying to I'd this from a picture. Is it an old Walker? Anyone know capacity?

I have one like it and was told it is a walker. Can't tell you the spec. Here are pictures of mine.

I've been wanting another since my old one burned up in a fire years ago.
Found this on a local C-list, and checking it out tomorrow night.
Don't do much ****** work, but used it plenty, for pulling PTO units, hydraulic pumps and stuff on tractors.
